it is better for one to meet a stock broker who will guide you to open the account.they have the form. To open it meet your stock broker and get the form. if you dont know of any stock brother, reply the post and tell me ur stock and local government or city and i will listen the number of stocks brokers in ur area. But u have to also do the work of knowing how trustful they are.

You know the world is becoming a global family and we here in Nigeria sgould be able to create such accounts without going to a stock brokers office.
