Treasure Hunt

With effect from 27th of October, 2008, MTN will be introducing the MTN Treasure Hunt Promotion.

This is an SMS based promotion with the following mechanics:

HOW TO PLAY!

Send a text message "TREASURE" to the short code 77777; to register

    * MTN will send a response to the customer containing a question.
    * The customer will respond with the answer and will receive a confirmation SMS of the points he/she has earned.
    * The more responses or answers the customer sends to 77777, the more points he/she will earn.
    * The more points the customer earns, the greater her/his chances of winning in the weekly draws.
    * Each SMS costs N100 (one hundred naira).
    * The list of winners will be published weekly in the national dailies.

Prizes to be won are worth over N140million (N100m in one hundred days, N2m weekly and a grand prize of N10m). Also up for grabs are 70 units of each of the following items

    * Plasma TV Sets
    * Handsets
    * DVD players.

During this festive season, our customers will have more to celebrate as they look out for the Millions to be won in the MTN Treasure Hunt promotion.
