I like that question. The problem is realy in the promotion. Without gething people to know your site will will surely not make money from it. I will suppost you start making atleast 2 - 5 post in a day with your signature, you will attract traffic to your site.

Also, you can use google adword, Local newspapers and so on.

I normally use these ways to pull traffic:

google ads ,
forums- this is good . I make up to 10 post every day with my signature in place
I also use google newspaper

with this three, you will surely pull traffic.
